At Look and Adorn, we take great care in packaging and delivering your jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Options & Timelines

📍 Same Day Delivery is currently available across all of Kolkata. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are typically delivered within 8–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

🛃 Customs & Import Duties

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees for international orders are included in the shipping cost. You will not be charged any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@lookandadorn.com.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
• Look and Adorn is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched.

We provide this service within India and internationally.

We use our trusted courier partners who ship the products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. Our courier agent are Bluedart, Shiprocket, Aramex etc.

No deliveries are made on Sundays in most cities as they follow a 6-day work culture. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Sunday also on some extra cost on case to case basis. 

Transit Times

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days or one box on same day, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped either clubbed or separately, so you may receive one delivery or more than one delivery to your address.

Domestic order delivery takes 2 to 10 days, depending on the location and size of the shipment.

International order delivery takes 8 to 21 days, depending on the location and size of the shipment.

Transit Risk

We ship all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Look and Adorn will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies' website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our Track Order page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.

Time to Ship

These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending on the availability of item and other factors. It is advisable to Email Us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimates. We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 5 -15 business days of placing the order.

International Delivery

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries OR use Paypal for any International transaction.

For international orders, shipping charges would vary from country to country and packing dimension/ weight wise. Once the order is placed, Look and Adorn (seller) will notify the customer with a payment link for shipping charges based on location and weight. Product will be shipped when this payment is made.

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Look and Adorn (seller) can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Look and Adorn (seller) doesn’t calculate or collect these fees or taxes. Look and Adorn isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on lookandadorn.com.

If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?
